Cuts

My new hair cut.....And my new finger cut...

A couple days ago I was doing dishes. We have some glass cups that we got for our wedding and we like them a lot but have broken more than half of them already by dropping them in the sink while we are washing them. Well, while I was washing one of these cups, it burst while my hand was in it and as a result I got a huge gash on my finger. I called Kyle who was at work and told him that I needed to go to Instacare. So he hurried and picked me up and eventually we got my finger all stitched up.

8 stitches. The doctor that the glass just barely cut the artery. It was a pretty nasty cut but I'm lucky that it wasn't worse. =)

Yesterday Kyle gave his presentation at a student symposium on a paper he has been working really hard on this semester. He gave a wonderful presentation and didn't mess up once.

He even got a certificate for presenting. I am so proud of him! =)

This is us riding the bus home from his presentation. Logan City has a free bus system that takes you anywhere you want to go in Logan. It's amazing and we are so lucky to live here. We take advantage of the bus whenever we can because there is no where to park up on Campus and it is only a 5 minute ride. Plus, it saves gas! We are having fun and can't wait for the end of the semester in two weeks! Wahoo! Wish us luck with all of our studying and test taking!
